Thanks to Ann and Dan for the comments! Chris will be really chuffed. We are just waiting for him at the Weedon checkpoint and he is still about tenth in the pack. The guy in 12th place is jogging backwards! Team Webb are still in good spirits. Buddy runners starting to feel pretty nervous. Its still very hot and support crews and runners are incredibly rosy! Will update again soon

Only 100 to go ... just a pleasant afternoon jog. We're really proud that you're still putting one foot in front of the other, and then the other way round ... just keep doing it 114,000 times. And don't let the canalside pubs distract you - they're only in it for the beer. Nick and Becky safely married; Simon looking like a gentleman for the first time since 15th August 2008. Wait till you hear the sound of Bow Bells - and don't lose your way! Just keep the canal on your left (or is it on the right?). Much love, M & K.
